Rob Van Hoesel is a Netherlands-based graphic designer who has a really lush portfolio full of great creations. In 2010, he has realized this bright identity for a graphic design festival. In each support, colors highly shine bringing out a real osmosis between each elements of the composition. The layout is also well-thought since it plays perfectly with empty spaces. The minimalist aspect highlights the information making the message clearer and stronger.

Fragile Cinema by Anymade Studio

Anymade Studio is a Czech Republic-based studio which evolves into various fields such as graphic design, photography, illustration, motion design, etc. They are used to develop extremely nice supports as these folded poster for the exhibition Fragile Cinema. In order to create a great atmosphere, they have cleverly played with textures and a very original eye-catching layout. Beyond this, the work on typography is absolutely sophisticated.

LF-Type by Superscript²

Superscript² is a french graphic design studio located in Lyon. Their work are based on typography, minimalistic layout and love for geometric shape. They have designed this wonderful font for an agency called Looking for Architecture. This project is really nice because this type reminds the industrial universe while being very sharp and elegant. This kind of opposition brings out the smartness of the composition and give a unique aspect to the agency identity. Superscript² has also realized their website, it worths a look.

Fundamenty Sedimenty ID by Adéla Svobodová & Pauline Kerleroux

A glance at their book is enough to see how talented are these two graphic designers from Prague. Effectively, Adéla Svobodová and Pauline Kerleroux is a very interesting team of creative people which produce extremely nice projects. Here it is a catalogue and an invitation for the exhibition Fundaments & Sediments in City gallery Prague. Their work about fonts and colors is very balanced and smooth.

THIS IS Studio is a great London-based design studio. They have been featured on numerous supports which proves their huge talent. Here, they have designed the brand identity for Artmedia Partners which provides pre- and post-production for the fashion and photography industries. They have also created a website and stationary. 

Each support convey a very smart image wearing a really clean design. Colors and matters meet perfectly and underline the graphic elements balance and harmony offering us a very simple but ultra-catchy design.

Letters to a young poet by Sarah Kremer

“In collaboration with Emmanuel Martinet. Editorial concept making the reading of Letters to a Young Poet, by Rainer Maria Rilke, goes into action and time, through a series of epistolary exchanges between two readers.”

Sarah Kremer is a french graphic designer which proposes a very artistic vision of layout and graphic elements working with concepts as project core. In fact, this project is really interesting because everything is precisely balanced. Illustrations, photographies, typographies, symbols and colours meet perfectly bringing out a really amazing atmosphere. The minimalistic-retro-futurist design of this creation gives to the project a very deep meaning full of poetry.

ByKato ID by Brunswicker

Brunswicker is a graphic design studio based in Copenhagen. They are used to produce real refined works for brands within fashion, lifestyle, design and media industries. For instance, they realized this brand identity for ByKATO, a danish design company. 

This creation is really pure and fresh. Colours are at the same time pastel and catchy which brings out a real dynamism and a sensation of youthfulness. The very “less is more” approach performs the same function. Brunswicker succeeded in creating a strong identity with very few elements.

Carme Teatre ID by Pablo Funcia

Pablo Funcia is a very talented spanish graphic designer. He is used to work with Helena Perez Garcia as he did on this project also collaborating with Anna Raga and Jose Cunyat. In fact, this realization is cool by putting together illustration, graphic design and layout in a very minimalistic way. The loneliness of the logo on each support give it a real presence and consequently a great impact. The composition in black and white reminds us the shadow of actors on stage illustrating the smartness and the elegancy of the this work.

IV Krakowskie Dni Literatury by Edgar Bak

“The 4th Krakow Literature Days are a literary festival organised on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the international programme “writers in residence” which includes residential stay scholarships for writers in the Villa Decius. In the contacts between different European regions, the cities, being strong centres of cultural exchange, are becoming more and more important. Krakow, which gained the name of “the city of poets”, is the best place for a literary exchange. The title of the festival homines@urbani.com refers to the literary contact network created by the residents of the Villa - a multilingual, international platform of understanding.”

Edgar Bak is a graphic designer based in Warzaw. This work enhances all his talent. With very few elements he succeeded in composing a very smart visual. Everything is based on typography and tonic color which accentuates the sensation of brightness and radiancy.
